This is the Rhombus Camera Configuration screen. This is how you control the behavior, appearance and other aspects of a Rhombus camera in Streamie.
Streamie’s Rhombus camera support is based on a Rhombus Integration. Configuring Rhombus cameras in Streamie starts with setting up your integration. Read more about that here.
You can find a full tutorial on setting up your Rhombus cameras in Streamie here.
These options allow you to configure the appearance of your Rhombus camera. You can rotate and flip your camera to achieve the desired orientation. Additionally, you can use Overlays to place user-defined content (Modules) on top of a camera. See this tutorial for how to overlay a clock on a camera.
The Details section shows you information about this particular Rhombus camera.
Choosing one or more Functions to appear here lets you easily run those functions when streaming a camera. These functions will be accessible to you in the camera’s contextual menu that appears when you tap on a streaming Rhombus camera. Read more about Functions here.
Actions let you define behavior in Streamie when events (such as human motion detection) occurring. Events in Rhombus cameras are supported via Streamie Webhooks. Read more about that here.
Once configured, you can have an Action that logs an event when motion is detected, or runs a custom JavaScript function to log a license plater or send a push notification to your device.
Rhombus Secure Raw Streams typically (always?) have a low-res stream and a high-res stream. In the Streams section you can choose which quality stream to use when streaming this camera in Streamie.
Once you’ve completed your changes, just choose Save & Done to finish.
